At Homeless Stars Housing, we believe that having a safe place to live is only the beginning. For people who have experienced homelessness, poverty, displacement or crisis, rebuilding life takes more than accommodation alone.
Our integration support is designed to help vulnerable people settle, feel safe, develop confidence and move towards independent living.
Helping people rebuild their lives
We support people who may be homeless, at risk of homelessness, leaving custody, facing poverty, or needing additional support to maintain a tenancy. We also support refugees and asylum seekers who need safe accommodation and practical help while they adjust to life in a new community.
Our aim is to provide a stable foundation where people can begin to recover, build self-worth and work towards a better future.
What integration means to us
Integration is about helping people feel settled, supported and able to take part in everyday life. This may include:
- Learning practical life skills
- Building confidence and independence
- Accessing local services
- Understanding rights and responsibilities as a tenant
- Improving wellbeing and mental health
- Developing social connections
- Working towards education, training or employment
- Moving towards long-term stable housing

Every person’s situation is different. That is why we work with individuals through personalised support plans based on their needs, goals and circumstances.
Our support may include help with:
- Money management
- Shopping and meal planning
- Cooking and cleaning
- Personal hygiene
- Appointments and medical support
- Drug and alcohol support
- Training and education
- Employment preparation
- Communication and IT skills
- Social inclusion and hobbies
Working with local partners
Homeless Stars Housing works with local authorities, referral agencies and support organisations to help people access the right accommodation and support.
By working in partnership, we aim to create better outcomes for people who need more than just a roof over their head.
Moving towards independence
Our long-term goal is to help every person develop the confidence, skills and stability they need to maintain their own accommodation and live as independently as possible.
We believe everyone deserves the chance to feel safe, valued and part of the community.
